Business Department

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be able to lead discussions and foster relationships with
customers.

Individual will be required to monitor and track business commitments against plans /
forecasts.Identify structure, negotiate and maintain relationship with customers in the region.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business development and strategy
decisions.

Develop and maintain relationships with key Internal influencers and pitch for
DemosCAD -AutoCAD Software programs and other range of SkyTOP’ products and
services.

Help organization formulate strategy, based on end - customer needs and the relevant
ecosystem.

Preparing Techno - commercial proposals for Management and various decision - making
bodies to propose SkyTOP software to a particular client.

Working under strict deadlines, monthly targets, etc. Promotion of new software products
to the customers.

Profile demands ability to grasp concepts like strategic planning , buying behavior ,
leadership qualities and organizational behavior and implement them as per the need.

Includes making three field calls per day. Functional area: Selling Software products and
IT Services

To improve organization’s market position and achieve financial growth by defining long
term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals as well as maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a
view to developing new services, products and distribution channels.

Work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales
opportunities thereby maximize revenue for the organization.

Assist the BDM in budgets related to departmental costs and design a framework for
these to be met.

Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict clients’ future needs
thus ensuring they stay satisfied and positive.

Research and build relationships with existing and new clients

Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet client’s needs.

Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Leadership, motivational and mentoring skills

Excellent negotiate skills and be able to think laterally

Ability to coordinate and network effectively

Excellent computer skills, especially in word processing and spreadsheets,

Proven attention to detail and ability to achieve set targets.

Responsibilities

Develop, prepare and create solutions-based needs proposals for projections tied to their
set targets.

Develop a sales and marketing strategy by use of google Products, and other social media
platforms.

Reviewing digital ad performance reports and make recommendations to further increase
results of the customers advertising campaigns.

Actively monitor advertising in digital media platforms to generate potential prospects for
new business development.

Maintain standards of performance as outlined by management, including active accounts
and sales activity and goals.

Reviews and understands all aspects of the media products and services being offered
globally.

Trains in various sales campaigns and approaches approved by the company

Approaches potential clients through new leads, existing relationships, promotional
events, or other means

Follow up on potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale

Facilitates successful sales by collecting client information and providing order
information to the relevant department in the company

Tracks every media adverts and promotions made to ensure that it is completed accurately
done

Works to maximize sales and meet set targets in the short and long term

participate in the company organized marketing events or trainings

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in sales and marketing or related course

Demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales insight

Strong computer proficiency

Digital Products and Platforms experience a plus.

Must foster teamwork in a positive sales environment.

Must possess excellent presentation, written/verbal communication, organization,
interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Must be a creative individual, self-motivated, able to react to change productively, and
meet projected deadlines.

Exceptional customer service and time management skills

Responsibilities

Responsibility for technical problem solving,
creatively meeting product objectives, hiring engineering teams, and developing best
practices.

You will demonstrate cross-functional resource interaction to accomplish your
goals.

play a role in defining processes and methods to improve the
productivity of the entire team.

Identify and initiate investigations of new
technologies, prototype and test solutions for product features, and design and validate
designs that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications

MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field

Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced
environment

Experience with professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle.

Experience taking projects from scoping requirements through launch of the project.

Experience in applying open-source technologies.

Experience with agile software development methodologies like scrum.

Experience with rapid prototyping and evaluation of customer applications.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment such as with multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent technical communication with
peers and non-technical cohorts

A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects

Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full
software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
