ResponsibilitiesInvestigate, design, and assess DemosCAD products.
Oversee the CAD Support Engineers.
Oversee product development amongst a team of individuals
Research patents, copyrights and trademarks in order to make sure there are no infringement issues involved
Occasionally roll up your sleeves and take part in content creation.
Ensure that every phase of a particular product project proceeds as scheduled
Make adjustments to a development plan whenever the current idea is not working well
Work with market researchers, to identify how to reflect a brand's attributes in a new product, ensuring customer value and satisfaction with that product.
Facilitate brainstorms on new product concepts
Relentlessly drive for continual product improvements and deliver results that exceed
quality expectations
Integrate usability studies, customer feedback, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customers’ satisfaction

Work closely with user experience and engineering teams to refine, test and build

Requirements
Bachelors’ Degree in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/Architecture
A Master’s Degree in the relevant fields with 80% knowledge in usage and application of
tools and commands in AutoCAD.
A PhD in the relevant Technical Field with 5 years teaching experience. 70% knowledge
in usage and application of tools and commands in AutoCAD and relevant Autodesk products required.
A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience using and supporting Autodesk products.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent negotiate skills and be able to think laterally
Ability to coordinate and network effectively
Excellent computer skills, especially in word processing and spreadsheets,
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Possess a certificate of good conduct
Possess a clearance certificate from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission

Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Identify and develop technical integration areas and use cases with new and existing
partners, articulating market impact and revenue opportunities.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Function as the primary technical interface for business development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
eview completed CAD drawings & Content for accuracy and conformity to standards
and regulations set by the Technical Development Manager.
Develop and analyse Simulation models for use in the
SkyTOP DemosCAD Products.
Provide Consultancy and product awareness services in all relevant spheres of SkyTOP DemosCAD Products.
Assist other CAD engineers, Technicians, Product Development (IT) and Sales Department staff in the provision of complete solutions to specific applications.
Lead design projects when requested by the Technical Development Manager.
Participate in Quality assurance of SkyTOP DemosCAD Products
Locating and establishing new potential customers and showcasing the product to increase awareness.
Reaching out and engaging existing clients keeping them informed on the product reviews
Provide both Provide pre-sales and post-sales Customer Service Support
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to showcase products and gather
information on market trends Provide Concept and Design ideas necessary in the creation
of content for SkyTOP DemosCAD products and improvement of its features.
Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed
by the Technical Manager
Requirements
Bachelors’ Degree in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/Architecture or
equivalent from an accredited University and with 90% knowledge in usage and application of tools and commands for AutoCAD and relevant product
Diploma holders in the relevant engineering disciplines with 90% knowledge in usage and application of tools and commands for AutoCAD and relevant corresponding Autodesk products are also encouraged to apply.
A Master’s Degree in the relevant fields with 80% knowledge in usage and application of tools and commands in AutoCAD

Responsibilities
Deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of solutions.
Create differentiated product positioning, messaging, and core product content for use
across multiple channels that help accelerate purchase decisions and drive adoption.
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Business Development to
clarify technical issues of the product to discerning prospective and existing clients.
Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
Providing feedback on product development
Position and sell SkyTOP’s unique business values in competitive sales situations against
other vendors.
Influence product development and product direction through customer feedback and
identified business opportunities.
Participates in company sponsored events and tradeshows to promote SkyTOP’s solutions
and the customer business issues they target.
Work with sales teams that support both direct sales and reseller sales channels. Partner
with sales representatives to assist in the development, management and execution on
strategies and tactics for closing business.
Demonstrate proposed solutions & product overviews and relate them to the customer’s
business issues.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in the usage and application of the specific Autodesk Software.
Should be able to use at least 70% of the tools and commands in the specific software.
The applicant should provide projects that he/she has worked on by using the specific
Autodesk Software.
Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in a related field
Knowledge of Window and general desktop support issues
Minimum of three years of relevant Technical experience related to the position.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Additional certification in an IT related field will be an added advantage
