Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.

Report to Team leader.

Carry out any other duties as and when required by management

Job Requirements

Between 18-30 years.

Must be computer literate.

Must speak fluent English, Kiswahili other languages e.g. French, Arabic are added advantage.

High school education mandatory. College education an advantage.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy.
