Position:
Flower farm Production Manager - Naivasha

Requirements:

Bsc agriculture/horticulture or equivalent. Training in basis & facts will be an added advantage.

Age 30 - 45 years.

Must have strong leadership skills.

Flower farm production manager will perform the following duties:

Planning all farm activities to ensure production targets are met.

Come up with comprehensive budgets and monitor control.

Ensure the final produce is of high quality to meet customer specifications.

Put into place comprehensive crop production plan.

Experience:

over 5 years working experience in a similar position in a large flower farm that produces roses in green houses.

Additional attributes:

Continuously train staff to ensure all activities are performed as per plan. Offer leadership to motivate staff to meet their targets.

Co-ordinate audit activities to satisfy quality requirements.

Liase with customers to address any issues raised.

Prepare production reports as may be required.
