Skills Geographic Operations Manager - Printing & Packaging Industry - Jobs in Kenya

Responsibilities
  • Degree or Diploma in Operations Management, Engineering or Other Related Field.
  • Operations Manager Will Oversee the Daily Workings of Warehouse, Fleet/transport Management and Production Process Operations.
  • He or She Will Plan, Manage, and Implement Schedules to Ensure Deadlines Are Met, and Maintains a High Quality Standard of Product Production and Delivery.

    Other Key Duties Includes:-

  • Liaison Between Stores Operations and Sales Team to Ensure Smooth Processing and Dispatch of Orders and Clear Internal Communication.
  • Monitor of All Incoming and Outgoing Stocks and Documentation Including Imports, Stock Transfers, Gtn/ Grns, Customer Returns Etc.

    Experience:
  • Hands on Experience for at Least 5 Years Doing Operations Management or General Management in Printing or Packaging Company.
  • Kenyan Indians Are Encouraged to Apply

    Additional Attributes:
  • Overall Fleet Management in Liaison With Branch Admin Manager Including Fuel Consumption, Servicing and Maintenance and Timely Deliveries.
  • Supervise Stores and Production Staff Function and Activities to Maximize Efficiency and Output.
  • Report Any Incidences, Improvement and Recommended Changes to Management.
  • Maintain and Track Overall Sanctity of Stocks and Records Including Liaising With Internal Audit on Regular Stock Takes, Reconciliation, Credit Note Processing Etc.
  • Track Production Efficiency Process Flow, Documentation as Well as Quality Control Processes and Procedures.
