Duties and responsibilities:

  • Capable to monitor, lead, train and manage the outdoor and tender sales team.

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the Company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.

  • Develop effective sales strategies to increase company sales.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs, and assuring a well-coordinated workflow.

  • Liaise with existing team members, managers, and clients in order to achieve set goals.

  • Ensure that the overall day-to-day operations within the division run smoothly.

  • Observing, analyzing, and offering suggestions on existing operations and drawing up improvement plans whenever necessary.

  • Work in product development through researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.

  • Coordinate with Department Managers to ensure smooth flow of information and timely deliveries of requirements.

    Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Water/Hydraulics.

  • Excellent theoretical & practical
    knowledge of water pumping and solar systems.

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in similar position is mandatory.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, and management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in reading, writing, listening and speaking Amharic and English.

  • Self-going, accountable, and reliable.

  • Committed and persistent.

  • Good leadership and team working skills.

  • Willingness to travel outside of Addis Ababa, whenever necessary.
