Job Description

Sinopia is a progressive trading company with a wide range of interests. We export coffee to all corners of the world, work on solar and power solutions as well as supply of office solutions to a wide range of sectors, and distribute a wide range of industrial products. We are currently involved in establishing World Trade Center in Addis Ababa.

We are looking for a Senior HR Officer to support our organization by providing people based solutions while our business grows, in alignment with our business objectives and our organizations culture. You will work collaboratively and strategically to make Sinopia an employer of choice.

Your primary responsibilities

Achieve an optimal level of staffing at all times by acting strategical based on understanding of the various operations

Performance management of all employees including measurement/evaluation, guidance, correction, disciplinary actions

Advise on an optimal and competitive incentive/salary structure that is consistent and aligned to Sinopia's strategic development

Prevent and when it arises handle complex employee relations

Build and foster an inclusive and strong culture

Assist in handling various related administrative tasks

Ascertain we are in full regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Educational background: Degree or higher in Business administration, Human Resource, Finance, or related fields from recognized institution

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in HR / Personnel administration
