  • Executive Hospitality Consultant
    SIMZ Hospitality and Business Solutions is a hospitality consultancy company with highly qualified and professional executive consultants with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality business industry.

    We offer the following among other services to our clients across the country:

    • Training and Skills Development (TSD)

    • Business Market Research (BMR)

    • Hospitality Employment Search and Internships

    • Hospitality Coaching and Promotion Advisory

    • Hospitality Business Project and Development
    In order to serve our clients better we are looking for a well-qualified Executive Hospitality Consultant. .

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director

    • Conduct external training in all hospitality services for our clients

    • Develop strategic plans and profit mechanism for the hospitality business entities

    • Conduct up to date hospitality market research in order to have well informed information for our clients

    • Conduct workshops and presentation programs as advised by our clients

    • Participate in practical food production and catering demonstrations when training

    • Participate in the strategic planning together with
    our clients and offer advice

    • Promote and market the services of SIMZ HBS to potential clients

    • Identify areas of business developmental needs of our clients

    • Other duties as directed by the Managing Director (C.E.O)

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a degree in hospitality management or related

    • More than three years of working experience in hotel or any hospitality establishment

    • Knowledge of food production, food and beverage, pastry and other related service

    • Ability to training corporate staff in different hospitality activities

    • Teaching methodology and a member of any hospitality body an advantage

    • Knowledge with PowerPoint presentation

    • Appropriate software proficiency

    • Knowledge with computer Ms word, Ms excel

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must

    • Proven ability to be solutions-oriented and resourceful

    • Knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry a must.

    Job Education Requirements

  • Minimum of a degree in hospitality
