The Purpose

The Parts Warehouse Assistant is responsible for overseeing Parts receiving, storage, issuing, and
general warehouse operations. The role involves maintaining efficient organization of the warehouse and ensuring proper inventory management.

Primary Responsibilities

Receive Inventory delivered to the warehouse observing Quality and Quantity as guided by SOP.

Assign appropriate sections within the warehouse for the physical placement of Inventory and update the System accordingly.

Prepare inter branch Inventory orders to ensure proper stock holding.

Monitor stock levels and report on parts that are running low in the warehouse during routine
duties.

Reconcile Inventory against transactions and compare physical quantities with book quantities,
initiating necessary adjustments.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure the warehouse is well-arranged to optimize efficiency.

Make necessary requests to management for support in

warehouse operations when required.

Maintain security of inventory and other asset within the warehouse.

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness is maintained in the warehouse.

Analyze stock holding to inform management of appropriate actions regarding stocks.

Assist in the preparation of management reports on Warehouse Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs).

Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Professional Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Mechanical or related.

2 years of experiences in Auto Parts Sales, warehouse, inventory control with 2 years in a similar capacity.

In-depth knowledge of Auto Parts.

Excellent customer service skills.

Good communication skills.

Computer literate.
