Job Description

Silver Spring Production and Promotion PLC which is the sole agent for ebs television.

We are looking for an experienced Research Specialist to obtain, manage, organize and analyze data; and assist with the preparation of materials for research reports, and outreach activities.

The Research Specialist is a critical player who pulls information together to create compelling content for the organization and its stakeholders.

The successful candidate will show an aptitude for organizational and administrative tasks, and will understand that these are essential for the success of research efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Has competence to undertake research assignments with modest supervision.

Has an analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills; demonstrates an ability to form solid opinions based on relevant information extracted from research.

Understands the importance of organizational and administrative tasks to research activity; maintains processes and procedures to minimize mistakes.

Works at a fast pace, managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously.

Communicates factually and with precision, speaks directly and confidently with a professional demeanor, and is comfortable working with high-profile individuals from

corporate, government, and international sectors.

Demonstrates mature judgment with the capacity to properly handle proprietary and confidential information.

Has the aptitude to learn unfamiliar concepts and topics quickly, including internal/external software applications.

Demonstrates a high level of initiative and drive, coupled with ability to interact effectively with team mates at all levels of an organization.

Has high standards for quality of work.

Developing and designing research proposals.

Assess programs based on data from different sources including the online plat form.

Job Requirements

MA or Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Social Anthropology, Sociology, or other related fields 3 years experience for degree holders and 2 years For Post graduates.

Excellent research skills, experience in database management and data collection.

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

Strong attention to detail.
