Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: - implementing existing supplies regulations, procedures and system; recommending disposal of
unserviceable stores; compiling procurement plans; sourcing for suppliers; conducting stock control, stock taking and stock audit; and Implementation of e-procurement strategies.

Requirement for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -

A Minimum of Diploma in any of the following disciplines: - Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Supplies Management option, Logistics and Procurement or its equivalent qualification from a
recognized institution; with 4 years’ experience OR
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Supply Chain Management, Commerce (Supplies Management option), Procurement or
its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and

Certificate in computer application skills and demonstrate proficiency in computer use and applications
