Duties and Responsibilities

  • To record, file and retrieve office documents.

  • To manage office space arrangement and design.

  • To ensure access to require documents as necessary.

  • Ensure record database security.

  • Compile, gather and organize reports, documents and records as required

  • Assist the Board Committees in the discharge of their duties as assigned.

  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    Requirements for Appointment

  • Kenyan Citizen

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.

  • Diploma in business management or its equivalent qualification from a recognised institution will be an added advantage

  • Certificate in Computer Applications
