Siaya County County Lands Records Officer Jobs in Kenya
Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing the operations of various land registries in the sub counties
Responsible for planning appropriate officer accommodation for registries
Prepare and submit budget estimates for registry services
Initiate appraisal and disposal of files, documents and records in accordance with Government regulations
Be responsible for supervision, guidance and development of staff working under him/her
Requirements for Appointment
Must be A Kenyan Citizen
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics, Information Science/Archives Administration/ Records Management or any social science from an Institution recognized in Kenya
Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
Must have served for a minimum period of 3 years or in equivalent and relevant position in the public or private sector.
Must be a member of Association of Archives and Records Management officers (ARMRO) or equivalent professional body recognized in Kenya.
Must possess Computer Proficiency Certificate
Management Course from a recognized institution
