Siaya Bondo Water and Sanitation Company Ltd was established in 2006 as a Company to provide clean, safe, affordable drinking water and Sanitation services in Siaya County.

We are seeking to recruit exceptional employees with strong administrative, organizational and leadership skits to fill the following positions.

  • Area Co-ordinators - Commercial

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the holder of the position will be responsible for coordinating and implementing commercial activities and programs.

  • Ensure the billing plan has been generated.
  • Ensure bills are processed in time and delivered to the customers.
  • Carry out revenue collection and ensure revenue is collected promptly.
  • Ensure that the billing system is working well and backups are taken daily and tested.
  • Develop and implement illegal connection crackdown schedule.
  • Prepare monthly commercial reports.
  • Identify major areas of wastage and cost saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance to the approve budget of the region.
  • New business acquisition through pipeline extension.
  • Ensure Customer complaints are attended to promptly

    Qualifications, experience and capabilities
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields; Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, and Commerce, or equivalent 2 years' experience in coordinating commercial services in water sector and MS Office Computer literacy
