Shulifang Biotechnology Field Marketer Jobs in Nigeria; We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Marketer to join our team.
As a Field Marketer, you will play a key role in promoting our products, building brand awareness, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

*Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory

*Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

*Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers

*Promote our products through in-store promotions, demos, and events

*Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

*Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

[Requirements

*Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field

*2+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the FMCG cosmetics industry

*Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building brand awareness

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
