Short Course Scholarship

The total cost of the course is 1450 Euros plus travel cost from Kenya to Austria. The Institution has given me a scholarship of 725 euros. So I'm supposed to pay for the remaining 725 euros and travel cost. The deadline to send a down payment of 250 Euros is 31 January 2014.

Which potential organisation can I apply to respond quickly before the deadline? I know the training advance my career prospects in future.
