Over the next S-10 years,SHOFCO alms to_ become a national platform for urban slum transformation across Kenya, demonstration a scalable and replicable model that can be used around the world.

To strengthen Its Senior Management team, SHDFCO Is seeking to recruit an
·enthusiastic.results driven,entrepreneurial and highly motivated individual with strong
leadership and interpersonal skills fill the Chief Program Officer .

Reporting to the COO and In collaboration with other members of the executive team, the CPO will articulate and Implement the strategic vision of SHOFCO;

provide leadership in creating and Implementing programs;

raise SHOFGO's prattle through external communication;actively participate in fundraising

provide guidance and proffessional
development to leadership staff in the programs department spearhead program budget management

The Ideal candidate will have en advanced degree International Development or related at least l0 year s'experience (5 senior management) working the underserved groups

Being strong in M&E will be an added advantage.
