Shoe Sales Associate Jobs in Nairobi, Kenya

Our client, a leading multinational sportswear manufacturing company is seeking to recruit a Sales Associate for their Shoe store.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist customers with requests in store

Organizing merchandise on shop floor

Dealing with customer complaints and suggesting solutions

Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers

Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner

Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed Ownership

Educate customers on Shoe products about current promotions and advertisements

Knowledge in visual merchandising

Contribute to team’s daily sales goals

Experience in Fashion retail setup including sales of high end shoes and sports wear.

Qualifications and Experience

High school, Certificate, diploma or Degree in any related field.

2-5 years of sales experience or customer service experience

Flexible to work on weekends, and holidays

Ability to maintain a professional appearance Sales skills and business-focused approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to cooperate and work as part of a team

Ability to work with minimum or no supervision

Confident and outgoing manner

Punctuality and professionalism

Physical stamina

Ability to cope well under pressure

Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service

High attention to detail

Demonstrated selling skills
