About the Job:

As a FOSA Intern at Shirika Sacco, you will participate in a comprehensive one-year program aimed at enhancing your skills in financial services operations. This role involves handling member transactions, managing communication channels, and supporting administrative functions within the FOSA department.

Job Descriptions:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to FOSA transactions.

Issue and retrieve ATM cards and cheques for members.

Inform members about the readiness of their ATM cards through calls and text messages.

File all FOSA-related documents systematically.

Provide relief support to FOSA tellers as needed.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma in a Business Related Field, preferably Finance or Accounting.

Graduated within the last three years from a recognized institution.

Available full-time for the duration of the one-year internship.

Applicants below 30 years of age are preferred.

Skills:

Strong numerical and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Languages:

Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

Handle member transactions and inquiries effectively.

Ensure timely issuance and retrieval of ATM cards and cheques.

Maintain organized filing systems for FOSA documents.

Support FOSA tellers during peak periods as required.
