Job Purpose

To be responsible for conveying materials, equipment and staff of SHOFCO to the areas where they are required.

Position Objectives and Responsibilities

Safe transportation of the company executive and staff to and from various destinations.

Transport supplies securely to areas where they are needed.

Maintain driver logs.

Report any instance of mishap or accident to the dispatcher or supervisor.

Undertake routine maintenance checks, repair and cleaning of the vehicle.

Maintain an up to date vehicle license and renew in good time.

Keep vehicle clean at all times.

Maintain passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential.

Education, Experience and Skills

Secondary school certificate

More requirements

3 years experience in driving as a personal or executive driver

Sufficient knowledge of traffic laws

Have a valid driving license

Have a certificate of good conduct

Basic understanding of mechanical aspects of vehicles
