Job Description

  • Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage a dynamic individual for a Sales Team leader position for one of our clients.

    Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general sales in the region

  • Supervise the merchandizes and promoter

  • Ensure the security of the stock and assets under you

  • Give daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and trend on sales to the management

  • Undertake weekly, monthly meetings with merchandizers and promoters

  • Report all incidences and accidents to the HR office

  • Plan and follow up on performance in your region

  • Lead and hold promotional events/ activities in your region

  • Carry our regular products campaigns in your regions

  • Hold and document performance meetings with all affected staff

  • Hold disciplinary meetings in your region

  • Recommend for any disciplinary action to staff in your region

  • Ensure all the staff under you sign contract of employment
