Sheer Logic Personal Cook Jobs in Kenya


  • Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for Personal Cook position for one of our clients.

    Responsibilities

  • Ensures that adequate supplies are available

  • Maintains safety standards throughout all food preparation and storage areas

  • Ensures that all food is prepared on time and hygienic conditions are maintained;

  • Ensures daily clean-up of kitchen, service and dining areas

  • Ensure that all safety standards are followed including proper use of kitchen equipment, sanitation of the work areas and cooking utensils;

  • Shop for food and kitchen supplies.

    Qualifications:

  • Certificate/ Diploma in food production

  • 3 years’ experience as a personal cook

  • Valid certificate of good conduct

  • Proven experience as a cook

  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes

  • Must be meticulously clean and aware of all food safety standards

  • Certificate / Diploma in a food-related/hospitality course

  • Culinary school diploma preferred
