Job Description

Preparing and disseminating correspondence given to and receive from the Employer and the Consultant;

Sending，receiving and filing routine correspondence;

Translating Amharic letters into English;

Assisting office colleagues in dealing with daily office works of Engineering Management Dep't.

Job Requirements

Civil Engineering, Highway & Bridge Engineering or related majors in a Consultant or construction company, particularly highway construction, is preferred；

Familiar with standard specifications for Highway Construction

secreterial science or office adminstration major
