Requirements

Interested candidates must have:

University degree or Higher National Diploma in Medicine, Social Science, Public Health or other related fields.

Advanced degree MPH preferred, MBBS, Nursing/Midwife, Public Health Nurse

Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 9 years post NYSC experience

In-depth knowledge of AYP/PMTCT/Pediatrics issues related to HIV/AIDS, including prevention, treatment, and care.

5-9 years related experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring HIV/AIDS programs, with a focus on adolescents and young people

Strong understanding of gender-responsive and rights-based approaches in adolescent health

programming.

Project management or program development experience.

Specific technical expertise relevant to international public health

Capacity to work in difficult conditions and function well under pressure

Extensive international experience and experience in a developing country required

Outstanding leadership skills 

Capacity to work in difficult conditions and function well under pressure 

Possess relevant industry experience in the non-governmental organization health programming sector.
