What We Expect:

Sort any disputes and queries with suppliers in liaison with reservation department including raising of debit notes and follow up

Processing of prepayments

Posting supplier payments into Tourplan

Assist in loading payments and prepayments into the bank internet platform

Prepare suppliers reconciliations each month and at the point of payment.

Qualifications and Skills

CPA(K) is an added advantage, a minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Experience in the tourism industry is desirable.

Good communication skills must be demonstrated.

Maturity and self-driven character requiring little supervision.

Result driven & team player who meets deadlines as expected.
