Duties and key responsibilities: Contributing to the strategic and tactical brand plan development and implementation of marketing plans and briefs.
Contributing to the strategic and tactical brand plan development and implementation of marketing plans and briefs.
Aligning customer Marketing Plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives and account plans.
Defining and Implementing a POS plan.
Giving external agencies necessary support to deliver project objectives.
Attend all meetings as desired and to identify and record all action items, for follow-up and necessary action.
Working with various internal and external teams (e.g. Commercial team, Brand Ambassadors, PR agencies e.t.c) to gather competitive and consumer insights.
Conducting consumer research, competitive landscape scoping, as well as discussing with Brand Companies, and utilizing industry journals to inform the planning process for the assigned brand portfolio.
Qualifications:
Business Administration, Marketing or similar business degree.
Min 7yrs experience in FMCG products marketing and/or sales in Beverage products.
Sense of business and strategic agility.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Strong leadership/management skills.
Strong Project Management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizing skills and the ability to
meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage and make best use of relationships at various levels.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to have a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and to manage many competing priorities.
Ability to Work Alone or As Part of a Team.
Enthusiastic and Reliable.
