A Medium Sized Consulting Quantity Surveying firm has an immediate vacancy for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be filled URGENTLY.

Successful candidate must meet the following

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
  • 6-10 years Post-University experience
  • BORAQS Registration
  • Experience ¡n contract administration and project management of Infrastructure/Civil Engineering Projects
  • Successfully prepared, presented and negotiated contractual claims
  • Knowledge on use of ms project software/s-curves
  • Be ready to work in major towns i.e. Mombasa/Kisumu/Eldoret etc.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be hands-on and able to handle a contracts office alone in key projects.
  • A Competitive remuneration package will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications and experience.
