Job DescriptionWorks closely with the Logistics and Facilities Head and the store keepers under his/her supervision in implementing an efficient stores management operation.
Among others, his/her responsibilities are:
Ensuring material stocks are within the set threshold at all times
Ensuring procurement is effected before the reorder level is passed
Ensuring the security of customer goods
Ensuring proper operational and security procedures are followed in all stores
Ensuring equipment used in stores are in order at all times
Coordinating store ins and outs by liaising with the relevant work units
Regularly producing reports for the benefit of middle level management.
Coordinating the efforts of the workers under his/her supervision.
Engage with packers and movers for an efficient and safe storing of customer goods.
Involving in daily stores operation wherever and whenever there is staff shortage
Handling administrative matters associated with the position.
Carry out similar to the above activities whenever instructed by his/her supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, competence or any requirement for the position
Bachelor’s degree required , preferably in Logistics and supply chain management and related field of studies.
More than Four Years out of which 2 in senior level experience is required
Effective communication skill
Result Oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills
