Security Operations Officers

One client is a growing company offering guarding services to corporate organizations.

They seek to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Security Operations Officers

Key Responsibilities

Vetting of visitors, customers and staff while accessing the client’s premises;

Research and intelligence gathering to ensure that the operating environment is safe for customers and staff

Ensuring high standard customer service to all clients

Responding to incidences that may occur and also emergencies such as medical emergencies, fires etc

Ensure that the clients properties/assets are well secured against theft, bad weather or damage

Ensuring that the client’s premises are secure at all times to deter undesirable behavior such as theft, vandalism, assault

Undertaking the client’s premises patrol and reporting on findings of the same.

Filing daily and weekly report on operational matters within the premises.

Qualifications

Minimum of Grade D in KCSE;

Good written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Swahili

Good customer service skills.

Outstanding personal character and attitude

Computer literate and able to use Word and Excel competently

The successful candidate will be required to submit a Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
