Responsibilities

The guard will also double as caretaker
Welcoming visitors with courtesy as well as checking them

Patrolling various parts of the property
Respond to any emergency calls

Cleaning the compound and ensuring the area is clean always

Ensure security and take care of the property

Direct visitors appropriately

Keep visitor’s records

Key Requirements

Previous work experience as a guard/caretaker

Flexible to work long hours

Good communication skills

Certificate of good conduct required
