Securing a Full Scholarship

I am a 25 years old male Kenyan citizen who graduated September 2007 from the University of Nairobi with a bachelor of science degree in agriculture, education and extension - upper second class honours and have been applying for a scholarship since then and have never got one.

I have the urge and need to further my studies and pursue a masters degree (Msc. project planning and management) but my family residing in the arid Kerio valley part of Keiyo District cannot raise funds for me since they have very limited resources and other children in high school who must be seen through and also I am not employed therefore can't support my self.

Please advise me on how to secure a full scholarship considering my situation. Thanks in advance.
