Job Vacancy:Secretary & Administration
We are a Mombasa town based company looking to fill a position.
We are looking for a DYNAMIC and ENTHUSIASTIC person for a secretarial and administration job.
Key skills Required
Email correspondence in a professional manner
Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
Preparation of documentation as required
Filing of documents
Must know how to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Must understand file management on the computer such as cloud services, etc
Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
iTax returns, NHIF, NSSF returns knowledge will be an added advantage
Good teamwork
Able to handle pressure
Must have excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by your supervisor
