Secondary Student Scholarships

I completed my primary education in 1994 and joined secondary school in 1996 and 1997 dropped out because my sponsor died. My mother could not pay for my fees because she was a widow. I need to complete my secondary education with the help of a scholarship. Which process will I follow to get scholarship?
