School Nurse Job in Nyeri, Kenya

A prestigious child centered school in Nyeri is looking for a nurse;


Must be Registered Public health Nurse

Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience with children ages 6 to 18yrs

Mature person, preferable female.

Key Tasks

Self-initiative in following areas

  • In charge of students’ medical clinic;
  • Maintain required records in the clinic and dorms;
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in food production and serving;
  • Forecast cleaning and infirmary supplies;
  • In charge of all matters concerning the welfare of individual students and the dorms in general;
  • Ensuring the health and safety is maintained;
  • Maintaining high standards of behaviour by pupils in the dorms and in all areas of school life;
  • In charge of all cleaning and housekeeping in the school;
  • Supervision of staff in cleaning section;
