Scholarships in the USA

Thanks for your regular newsletters they help a great deal.

My question is simple but I don't know if you have an answer to it.

I am currently seeking graduate studies in one of the American Universities for next year's admission preferably the spring of next year;

1. Are there scholarships for Nigerians trying to get a graduate degree in Education?

2. Does where I decide to go for My Master's affect the scholarships I seek?

I already have a degree in Education and really desire a master's so I can work well, I will be better informed when I come back to work in my country.
