Scholarships in Ghana

I am a Ghanaian with a first degree from one of the universities in Ghana. I wish to do a course that is offered at the University of Ghana. However, the fees for the course is so high that I cannot afford. Can I receive a scholarship for it? If yes, how can I get it?
