Scholarships for Study in Africa

Am Burundian and a former refugee in Tanzania. I hold a first-class degree in Journalism and i would like to pursue a Masters degree.

Our country is in a post conflict period and requires much attention for recovery after decades of wars.

Why doesn't the international community offer scholarship opportunities to Burundians (both returnees and remainees) as a contribution to the rehabilitation of the country?
