Scholarships for Primary and Secondary Education

In such a disadvantaged area like Northern Uganda(LANGO SUB REGION) where I live, for the last 22 years we have been in Displaced People's Camps. Education services was hindered. We cannot think about the University education without raising children through primary and secondary levels.

How can I get sponsorship for my children who are still struggling at this levels, yet with so much difficulties of raising school fees?
