Scholarships for PLHIV

I am a woman of 37 years and have been diagnosed with HIV even though I am in great health. Are there restrictions to studying in any overseas countries because of my condition? Which countries do not have such restrictions? I am a citizen of and live in Lesotho. Are there scholarships for people with my condition?

Do not be stigmatized by your status. I have not heard of any restrictions concerning your condition though some groups require you to be fit healthwise. To drive away the doubt you have, I have gives examples of available opportunities.
