Scholarships for MSc in Plant Breeding / MSc in Agricultural Biometrics - I was born in 1982 in Ethiopia. Six years after my birth I joined Sekela Junior and Elementary School, at which I attended up eighth grade from 1988 to 1996.
From 1997 to 2002 I attended my high school studies at Shambu Senior Secondary School from ninth to twelfth grades. I had taken Ethiopian School Leaving Certificate Examination (ESLCE) and have got the point that enabled me to join a University.
From 2002/3 to 2006 I have attended my University studies at Hawassa University, Ethiopia. I had my first degree (BSc) in Plant Science in July 2006 from this University. And I am now working in Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research (EIAR), at Bako National Maize Research Project being as junior plant breeder.
To strengthen my knowledge, I want to attend my MSc degree abroad in any crop improvement courses; preferably in plant breeding and/or in agricultural biometrics, so that I can play significant role in maximization of crop production and productivity in my country.
As a result, I am politely requesting you send me information about funding opportunities and the application form in relation to my field of study to the following address.
