Scholarships for International Students in USA

I am a female aged 23 years and I have just completed my Bachelors degree in Science; majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Mathematics. I would like to pursue a career in Accounting (ACCA) but I do not have funds. I would like to apply for a scholarship to study in the US but I would like to know whether I can be considered.
