Scholarships for High School Students

I have a young Ghanaian friend. He is only 15 but is very eager, motivated, and deserving of any opportunity that might be available for him. He is still in grade school hence many of the scholarships I are not available for him. I will appreciate an e-mail address that I might forward him so that he can inquire further about scholarships that he is eligible to apply for.
