Scholarships for African Countries

Hi.

I obtained a certificate in Nursing/Midwifery one year ago and started looking for a scholarship in order to join a university for a Diploma/Bachelors degree so as to become a clinical officer.

Is it possible for me to get a scholarship to further my education in Uganda?

Please help.
