Scholarships and Grants

I need a Scholarship to study more in the field of Human Rights, Elections in Africa, Trainings on HIV/AIDS Counseling and Helping those affected. I want to ask whether it is fine for me to get a scholarship in these and other related fields or do you have areas you are so much specific on as far as scholarships are concerned?
