What is the difference betwen grant and scholarship?

A Scholarship is a form of financial aid that is specifically geared towards students who are attending college. It is used as a way of financing their education.

A Grant, on the other hand, may be given to someone who is not necessarily going into college. They could be someone who is starting a business, or it could be someone who has suffered some type of tragedy.
