Scholarships and Grants Stipends

If I get a scholarship for study in Europe countries, who pays for the tuition fee and airplane ticket?



That depends on the whether the scholarship is full or partial. Partial grants take care of the tuition fee or part of it and/or leaving the recipient to cater for the other expenses while full scholarships will cater for both tuition fee and any other expenses incurred.
