Scholarship to Attend Conference

I am interested to attend conference in Spain. This conference is very important for my PhD Thesis. But it is impossible for PhD students from developing country to bear the travel and accommodation cost to attend the conference. Is there any such scholarships for students like us so that we can benefit from enhancing our knowledge for our PhD studies.
