Scholarship Restrictions

I would like to know, if scholarships are restricted to only educational merit i.e first class student and second class upper (2.1). Are students with second class lower eligible to apply? If so can a list of such scholarships be fowarded to me?

Though we do not fund, from the many scholarship we have seen, more credibility is given to promising students with high performance.

However, there are also scholarships that consider average performers considering how best you apply without bending too much to academic merit. Either way, opportunities are still available!
