Scholarship Qualification

I've been applying for scholarships but not even a single reply showing interest. Does this mean that all of us who apply don't qualify for all sort of scholarship they advertise? Since I've never seen even a single written document expressing views that he/she has been successful of winning a scholarship.

What are the chance of Africans to qualify for such scholarships? I indeed have interest of applying but how can I make it?

Scholarship awards are only forwarded to qualified individuals. Most of them do contact successful candidates. You have to keep trying and make sure you are eligible to apply for it first.
