Scholarship in Law and Economics (EMLE)

I am admitted to the Erasmus Mundus European Master Program in Law and Economics(EMLE), without eramus mundus scholarship. What do you suggest I do? Are there any institution which funds admission to the EMLE program?. If it helps to indicate me some possibilities, I am pleased to mention that I am offered with the following allocations:
First term: Rotterdam(the Netherlands)
Second term: Hamburg(Germany)
Third term: Hamburg(Germany)
